Flood at Chez 311 number 2: April 12, 2008

Well, it happened again. Even though Larry's crew, prior to excavation by NY Finest and 2 DOB SWO's, waterproofed for 2 days, we got 2 inches again (better than 6, right?). So, before heading north for a visit with my folks, we spent 2 hours vacuuming, pumping cleaning and mopping. Let's just say I was less than pleased with our friendly neighborhood developer that day.
