Chez 311 "Crack & Water" Gallery

While we have a gallery of Mic and I cleaning up some of the "issues" with having a new building going up next door, this new "crack" gallery is to document minor and (hopefully not) major damage done to Chez 311.

Our friendly neighborhood developer has been upfront with us since day1 that he will repair and remediate any and all damage...and we certainly are holding him to it.

So enjoy the reality of new building next to old building. And remember kids: "Crack is wack!" But "water is fodder!"
