Demolition Day 2, an overview: December 29, 2007
Day 2 was obviously very well spent . 2nd floor is "finito" and much of the flooring has been carted off. The real treat was the full dumpster (1/3 of 312 23rd St.) was picked up in the morning. We pondered paying off the driver to take the load to our old sell-out neighbor's new home and see if he wanted to take any more crap. I had $200 in the kitty from a new neighbor from 313 23rd St, but alas, the $$ is better well spent. Day 3 starts Monday , New year's Eve day.
