Seems like 312 23rd Street's total content amounted to approximately 6 containers worth of debris (one more may be needed). Something that took months to build (back in the day) a year of renovation (by the old owner) is completely gone after a few days of demo (and yes, we realize houses can come down in minutes...20 minutes a piece to be exact with 313-314 23rd Street back in 2005). Having a tough time with that back slab, but thank goodness they used a diamond cutter to score the slabs, saving our exterior foundation cracking and letting the water that came the following day shed. Onto demo day 3!
