4th Avenue Working Group Meeting – July 19, 2012
As many of you know, CB7 (and other local CBOs) have been working with the Borough President’s office on the “rethinking and re-imaging” of 4th Avenue for the past year +. CB7 has taken a very active roll in the process and has set up its own 4th Avenue Working Group, which is working with the other groups, however focusing on CB7′s portion of 4th Avenue (which is one of the largest). As part of this website being a resource, here’s info about the next meeting:

The agenda is as follows:
- Next steps presented by DOT
- Planters along 4th Ave – Partners to maintain tree pits and planters
- Getting schools along 4th Ave involved in the renaming

All meetings are open to the public and you can apply for a Board appointed citizen member of the work group if you really want to get your feet wet!
